...The main advantages of this new fimware is speed. Push the power button and the Opus springs to life in seconds, making it the fastest booting e-book reader I have come across. Menu and page transitions also appear just a shade faster than before, as does the accelerometer's triggering to flip between landscape and portrait viewing.

I can't believe how beautiful it is

My wife's Pink Cybook Opus arrived last evening, and she is SUPER happy with it!
I can't believe how beautiful it is. Both the touch/look/feel AND the quality of the display are phenominal!

The Opus’ simplicity and elegance easily beats any iBook application.

“The Opus is a great and cheap way to join the e-book reader revolution. After just a few hours of use, it felt completely natural and I had the impression of having used it for years. E-ink is clearly going to be developed much more in the future, but the technology is already more than usable for standard reading.
